Use "Microsoft Security Essentials" for Anti-Virus

1. Go to website: 
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/wind ... essentials

Click the dropdown box, on the left of "Download", then select:
"Windows Vista / Windows 7 32 bit", or "Windows Vista / Windows 7 64 bit", then click "Download". 

Wait for download complete, and remember the location where the file "mseinstall.exe" is stored

2. Go to the location having file "mseinstall.exe". Double click file "mseinstall.exe", then follow instructions on the screen:
- Hit "I Accept"
- Click "Join the .....", or click "I do not want .....", then
- Click "Next", then
- Click "Next" again 
3. Click "Install", waiting install complete 
4. Click "Finish", then waiting for Updating, and Scanning your PC until seeing "PC status Protected" at the top left corner of "Microsoft Security Essentials" window.
5. Now, you can click the "X" at the top right corner to exit the program.
6. Reboot your PC. You will see a "GREEN BAG with a Check symbol" at the bottom right corner of your monitor. Move your cursor there, you will see "PC status: Protected"
